Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and refunds within Australia
We know you'll be thrilled with the quality of our range however, if for any reason you wish to return your item, we will happily provide a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase provided the item is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. 

For purchases made outside of Australia returns are accepted with a full refund of product price within 30 days from purchase to allow for transit times.  Items must be returned undamaged and within original packaging.

In the event of a damaged item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, (must be in complete original packaging) and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
